Microsoft / Cloud & AI

Build the cloud foundation your data and AI plans depend on.

Design, migrate, and modernize Azure environments with secure landing zones, resilient applications, integration services, observability, and AI-ready architecture.

Cloud value comes from the operating model around the workloads—not simply moving servers.

We align business outcomes with a practical Azure adoption plan, establish the right identity, network, security, governance, and management foundation, and then migrate or modernize workloads in controlled waves.

What we deliver

01

Establish the foundation

Design landing zones, subscriptions, management groups, Entra ID integration, network topology, policy, security, cost management, and operational ownership.

02

Migrate and modernize

Assess applications, servers, databases, and integrations; choose rehost, replatform, refactor, retain, or retire paths; and modernize with Azure-native services where the value is clear.

03

Engineer for operations

Implement infrastructure as code, delivery pipelines, secrets management, monitoring, backup, resilience, security validation, and production support procedures.

An illustrative use case

Move a business application to Azure while preparing it for AI-enabled workflows.

Assess dependencies, establish the landing zone, modernize the application and integration boundaries, connect observability, and expose only approved services to Copilot or agent experiences.

The final design depends on your systems, permissions, licensing, and agreed scope.

A practical starting point

Start with an Azure foundation and workload assessment.

What you can expect

An Azure adoption roadmap, landing-zone design, workload assessment, migration waves, modernized platform components, security and resilience evidence, runbooks, and cost controls.

Architecture & implementation

Build the landing zone and the workload as one operating system.

Azure migration and modernization decisions should connect business value to identity, networking, security, reliability, delivery, observability, and cost.

Adoption strategy and landing zones

We use the Cloud Adoption Framework to align strategy, plan, readiness, migration, modernization, governance, security, and management. Landing-zone work defines management groups, subscriptions, Azure Policy, Entra ID, role assignments, network topology, DNS, logging, security, and cost ownership. Portfolio assessment and migration waves

We discover application, server, database, integration, and operational dependencies; establish baselines; and choose rehost, replatform, refactor, replace, retain, or retire per workload. Azure Migrate and service-specific assessments support evidence-based waves and cutover plans.

Application and integration modernization

We select App Service, Functions, Container Apps, AKS, API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, managed databases, and storage based on workload needs. The design makes synchronous, asynchronous, state, failure, and data-residency boundaries explicit.

AI-ready Azure architecture

We design Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI workloads with private connectivity where required, managed identity, Key Vault, model and data access controls, content safety, evaluation, observability, and cost limits. Agents do not receive broad infrastructure or business-system permissions by default. Microsoft Foundry documentation ↗

Well-Architected validation

Architecture reviews cover reliability, security, cost optimization, operational excellence, and performance efficiency. Resilience targets, backup and restore, availability zones, scaling, deployment safety, and incident ownership are connected to the workload’s business criticality. Infrastructure and operations

We implement Bicep or Terraform where appropriate, CI/CD, environment configuration, managed identities, secret rotation, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, patching, and cost review. Handover includes ownership and escalation—not only deployed resources.
